Meatballs
1 pound ground venison
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/3 cup dried minced onion (From the spice aisle.)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Noodles
1 12-ounce package medium egg noodles
Sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup whole milk
Mix meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Then roll mixture into balls. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet, and brown the meatballs in the pan.
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add egg noodles and cook about 6 minutes or until soft. Strain the noodles and set aside.
Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and whole milk, and then add it to a pot and simmer. Add meatballs to the sauce and let simmer.
Plate your egg noodles, place meatballs on top, and pour sauce over the noodles. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
